SIXTH GRADE AUCTION
The sixth grade is gearing up for math and reading assessments in March and April. We are also planning the third annual assessment auction as a way to reward the students for their successes. The students will earn “funny money” based on their achievements and, in turn, use the money to bid on their favorite items in the auction. There will be a variety of items for the students to buy including gift cards, T-shirts, grab bags and even tickets for things such as skip a homework assignment, be assistant principal for a day and many other fun activities.
If any businesses or individuals in the community would like to donate items it would be greatly appreciated. You can call the Middle School office or contact any sixth grade teacher: Mr. Campbell, Mrs. Barker, Mr. Currier, or Mrs. Lawyer. We hope the auction will motivate the students to do well and be a fun experience as well.
